The staff are very friendly, and always helpful with any questions you have. The rooms are lovely and clean and the patients are well looked after. A lovely place to be at the end of your days.

The staff were extremely friendly and kind. Dr Cox very informative and included mum in all conversation regarding her condition and treatment. I felt fully confident in the decisions made and cannot express enough how grateful our family is knowing Muna is under the care of the hospice. These comments are also voiced by my mum and questions answered by her.

Being treated with respect and dignity.
Kept clean and not waiting too long for medications. Most staff were kind and friendly without expressing timing to go home because this is a short stay hospice.
I think I would prefer the choice to have a male or female nurse do manage my personal needs but unfortunately I had to say.
A very calm environment and strong faith for the doctors who are dealing with my physical needs.
